This inventive rack makes it easy to transport meat from roasting pan to serving tray or carving board without awkward lifters. Simply place rack with meat on platter, pull out the pin to remove rack and your roast is ready to carve and serve. Rack fits into a regular 16″ x 13″ roasting pan.
