    Sur La Table has partnered with Miyabi to bring you a unique Kiritsuke’a multipurpose Japanese knife typically used by experienced chefs. Unlike traditional Kirisuke blades, ours is double-beveled meaning both left- and right-handed chefs can chop, slice, julienne and brunoise with it’not quite as traditional, but easier to use and sharpen.
